Competition's rules

1. The competition is organized by Fit Eat Ltd via Instagram, Facebook or Tik Tok. In order to take part in the competition, participants must have an active account on any of these platforms. 
2. Participation in the competition is open to anyone over 18 years of age.
3. In order to be eligible for a prize in the competition, the participant must publish a photo or video taken by themselves, showing our dish or carrier bag with the Fit Eat logo on their Facebook, Instagram or Tik Tok profile, then send us a print screen of the post to info@fiteat.uk
4. Entries must be received by midnight 29/09/2022 in order to be valid. Five winning entries will be selected by a draw on 30/09/2022. The winner will be notified by email and the winner will be published via Instagram and / or Facebook.
5. Personal data about competition participants will be used for the purpose of informing the winner of the profits
6. The prizes are: five separate one-week diets. One for each winner.
7. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
8. In the event of winning, the participants agree that Fit Eat, without additional payment or permission, will place data on their name and surname on the website / in publications, in order to announce the winnings of its competition and for marketing purposes related to the competition.
9. Fit Eat Ltd reserves the right to change the structure during the competition.
10. Only entries submitted during the competition time will be eligible for the selection of the winners.
11.By taking part in the competition and sending us a print screen, you consent to the further sharing of your photo and showing it on our social media channels
