Our Fresh Meals option is a choice of balanced meals for everyone. It provides about 400 kcal per dish and approx. 30g of protein, which allows you to stay full for a long time. The optimal amount of protein allows you to maintain all physiological processes at the appropriate level. It will work both for people who want to lose unnecessary kilograms and build muscle mass. It’s a great choice for everyone who wants to control the amount of energy consumed, the amount of protein and the quality of meals.
Please note that all of the meals you've ordered are going to be delivered at once.
❗As for now, we deliver the meals on Sunday or Wednesday afternoon, therefore the Start Day of the diet must be picked either for Monday or Thursday. If any other day will be chosen at the checkout, you will be contacted regarding the changed delivery day.❗

This plate provides approx. 400 kcal of energy and approx. 50 g of carbohydrates. In addition, it contains half a portion of protein, which makes it a perfect, wholesome meal. It is an ideal healthy snack during the day, especially for people with increased physical activity.

Delivery Days and Times:
Sunday – Thursday (We deliver meals between Sunday and Thursday and you get meals for the next day. On Thursday, you will receive meals for both Friday and Saturday if your order is placed for 6 days)
Between 4pm and 10pm(Deliveries are made between 4pm and 10pm, however, keep in mind that due to the high volume of orders and heavy traffic, our couriers may be delayed – but still, you will get an update from us by text message if that happens)
